A great experience overall. I was nervous about trying this to help combat my chronic pain but Jeremy was personable, knowledgeable, and set my mind at ease. Mo was firm but gentle, very professional. I was sore that night but woke with tons of energy and less pain the next day. I am very excited to see what I can accomplish with the continued stretching.

First time going and already booked again for next week. Alexandria Bryant was more than awesome!!! Made me feel super comfortable, and made my experience great. She made stretching effortless. Can't wait for Monday to get here!!! See y'all soon.

Marcella is great. She listens, then does the stretching to the extent where it’s tolerable to me. I had my first paid session today and am feeling a lot looser already. 👍

It was such a great experience. I was hesitant because of my brain injury and level of fitness compared to my past but I felt so accepted and comfortable with Lucas. He was so knowledgeable. I also had a great welcoming interaction with Caden. I am definitely coming back. I felt amazing afterwards! Thank you.
