I called David Kohm and associates when I had nowhere else to turn. The at fault part's insurance company stopped responding to all forms of f contact and I had already paid $9000 out of pocket for my treatment and couldn't afford any more. David Kohm sent someone over immediately and scheduled me an appointment with a orthopedist where I finally found relief from my pain. I don't know what I would have done without them. My ONLY complaint or suggestion for improvement would be being able to get updates on the status of the case, that was a little challenging.
