Keller Police Department

Sitting in my garage with the door up, drinking a beer late at night. Patrolman drove by, slowed down, and looked. Gave him a wave, he waved back, and drove on.

Love that. Those guys drive through my neighborhood all the time, and I greatly appreciate it.

I had a traffic stop today by a very courteous officer. I don’t know what his name was, but if you’re reading this, it’s the college student you stopped for speeding today. I’m a young minority who’s heard horrible things about cops in this area and cops in general, but never had to interact with one. The officer who stopped me put my fears to rest. He was so kind and spoke very calmly bc he could tell that I was freaking out. I hear a lot about the negative experiences with cops, so I wanted to take the time to highlight a positive one.
