“This doctor is highly professional, respectful, a good listener, personable, caring. This is my personal experience based on my personal medical issue. I got the best care he could offer. I am pleased... if I have further problems I trust him with my medical condition. That doesn't mean that he is the right doctor for everyone but he was the right doctor for me at the time that I had my issues. He did not push any medications or treatments on me he only investigated my medical issues... once we found out what they were... I wanted to handle them a particular way he was supportive unless I had worse problems he was supportive ....which I did not 🙏thank God. So while he may not be the right doctor for everyone's problems he was the right doctor for me I was blessed to be referred to him by my personal physician whom I trust as well. So I'm only speaking from my medical issues and I am in recovery mode doing well. I should say he has been my doctor almost 2 years now. We all have to do what is right for us and I'm glad everyone takes responsibility for their own care and looks out for themselves we have to be our own advocate these days 🙏🤗😇 God bless everyone.”

“I've been seeing Doctor Martin for over 15 years. There were times in the past, that I had reservations, but those were about the office management and not the Doc. She herself is warm, funny, knowledgeable, and a serious people person. I have never felt rushed, nor patronized, nor felt that there was any issue that I could not discuss with her. In recent years her office has also become much better organized. I cannot recommend her enough.”

“I have been to probably 5 different Psychotherapist over the last 15 years. I was working for AT&T which requires employees to file FMLA paper work. On several occasions AT&T did not approve my FMLA claim which made my psychological problems even worse. When I started seeing Doctor Genaro she had to send any paperwork that would prove that I needed to be off work just like my previous Doctors had to do. However, she was so knowledgeable about how to submit the paperwork I was approved every single time I had to be off! I was off a full year and after that she helped me get approved for Social Security long term disability which is very difficult to do. SHE IS THE BEST EVER!!”

“If you're looking for an AME in the NE Tarrant Co. area, you can't do better than Dr. Eliason. I've been going to Dr. Eliason for several years now, ever since Doc Coons passed away. As an AME, it's pretty much impossible to have a better background than Dr. Eliason. He's not only a DO/AME, he's also a former ANG helicopter pilot, a retired US Navy Flight Surgeon and a current AA 787 FO. Believe me, he speaks your lingo. Here's my main reason for this review; Howard quite possibly saved my life, or at least made things much easier for me than they might have been. During my physical right at a year ago he convinced me that I needed to go get a PSA check done. Long story short, it's a good thing I did as it turned out I had prostate cancer. If it had gone on much longer, things might not have gone so well. He practices right out of his home in Keller so it's really easy to get there. His wife, Marcy, is his very friendly scheduler. He is an AA pilot so the best thing to do is call for an appointment during the second half of the month when he knows his AA schedule for next month although it is very possible to get a last minute appointment as I've done several times. Like I said, if you're in the NE Tarrant Co. area and are looking for an AME, you won't find a better one than Howard Eliason.”

“We love our orthopedic specialists here. The only issue is that the address is wrong. I've contacted Cooks Children's about it and no one has responded to me so I'm posting here so others can see. The parking lot for the specialist clinic is not in the same parking lot as urgent care. Specialist and urgent care are in the same building but the parking and seperate entrance for the specialists is off of Prestige Street. The doors for urgent care don't open till 11am. So if you have a specialist appointment before 11am, you have to go in the specialist entrance which is on the other side of the building from urgent care. I hope this helps someone because it was really irritating strolling my toddler who was in a body cast all the way around the building because Cooks put the address and entrance in wrong both on Google and on their website. The staff also get calls about this all the time and they have to spend too much of their time explaining it to people on the phone when they are also checking in patients. That waste of time on the part of management and administration is really disappointing especially when I'm not the only one who has tried to address this issue. Cooks.....get it together....fix the address....fix the entrance location on maps.”

“I am able to get a same day appointment and she takes her time and listens to me. She is also ok with me not taking much medicine and taking supplements. When she suggests something I listen. She will even looked up to see what I am taking. She also suggested testing due to heart problems in my family even though all my blood tests were good. She was surprised when one of my test came back not so favorable. She went over what the test was about and explained the results. She told me what to watch for and a solution to keep it under control.”

“My daughter and I were both sick. We did a web check in early in the morning before they even opened and we got a call from them in less than 10 minutes to let us know how long the wait was. We got a call maybe an hour later and we got there in 5 minutes, we signed a few papers and sat down for about 5 minutes in the lobby and they send us to our room. The convenience of waiting at your home instead of the clinic is a major plus. The staff were friendly, the PA that saw us was nice. There is no such thing of drive thru care, it's not McDonalds, so never expect to have fast, immediate service anywhere. The place is packed and the wait time might be 3-4 hours, so wait at home instead so it doesn't feel as bad of a wait. Care now staff try to give a fast convenient way to see the doctor, we are grateful that they are available on the weekends.”
