“I have really enjoy Easy Street for several reasons. 1. Allowed me to ride the bikes before buying. 2. Micah's expertise of the bikes and product was greatly appreciated. 3. The bike was delivered prior to the expected date. 4. He in detail explains the product and proper use. 5. Some of the add on items were late, no fault of Easy Street or Micah's. 6. The shop met and exceeded my expecttations. Even to the point of delivering a missing add on part to my home. 7. Three of my friends have purchased bikes from the same store. I will continue to recommend this shop and plan to have any repairs completed there also.”

“I am so picky about my hair cuts and bounced around for years looking for a great hair stylist. Thank goodness I found Chaney! I have been going to her for 6+ years now and love her!! I have naturally curly hair and she gives me such a great cut that my style looks fabulous natural and blown out. She even did my mine and the bridal party's hair for my wedding. “Tried Nicky's from Slice app. My wife ordered a deep dish Detroit pizza with sausage and pepperoni. Pizza arrived and looked great, then wife realized that the meat was missing. I tried a slice; tasted great and I suggested she call, or check with Slice for a credit towards another order. She of course never acknowledged my logical solution, but used it just the same. A short while later the Ring goes off and here is a replacement free of charge! There was a slight mix up with the orders (hope the meat version was enjoyed by the folks that ordered plain). In an Era where many of these local businesses struggle to stay afloat I was very pleased at the level of service this establishment provided. When the customer service is as great as the product I will certainly frequent Nicky's in the future. Give them a call!”

“We love our orthopedic specialists here. The only issue is that the address is wrong. I've contacted Cooks Children's about it and no one has responded to me so I'm posting here so others can see. The parking lot for the specialist clinic is not in the same parking lot as urgent care. Specialist and urgent care are in the same building but the parking and seperate entrance for the specialists is off of Prestige Street. The doors for urgent care don't open till 11am. So if you have a specialist appointment before 11am, you have to go in the specialist entrance which is on the other side of the building from urgent care. I hope this helps someone because it was really irritating strolling my toddler who was in a body cast all the way around the building because Cooks put the address and entrance in wrong both on Google and on their website. The staff also get calls about this all the time and they have to spend too much of their time explaining it to people on the phone when they are also checking in patients. That waste of time on the part of management and administration is really disappointing especially when I'm not the only one who has tried to address this issue. Cooks.....get it together....fix the address....fix the entrance location on maps.”
