“Let me start by telling you I went to the shop down the street and walked all the way in to their lobby( which was very dirty BTW) and saw 2 Techs or what seemed to be Techs in the shop. Stood in their lobby where they could see i was but waited about what seemed between 5-10 minutes , apparently more important things on their phones than customer's. Needless to say I thought to myself I dont have to wait this long just to talk to some one or be greeted so I went to Kennadale Performance Transmission's where (Bret) the owner not only met me at the door but also offered to help unload my truck of the trailer in 100 + degree weather after discussing with him about diagnosing my truck. He communicated very professionally and got back to me in 1 day which he had already advised would take him. Let me tell you very honest people, I have been in the Automotive industry for 20 + years and their is some things I can't do myself due to diagnostics equipment needed. I had spoke to a diffrent shop which had mentioned a transmission problem might be and possibly replacement needed but fortunately I walked out from an honest shop with only an ignition coil being the problem and only $215 with diagnostics/ part/installation in costs.
