Mike Bass was a very nice and respectful..Has a lot of knowledge of what he does and answered every question I had.. this is the second time he came because I was asleep the first time so I did not get a chance to ask him to come in and do my bathrooms , laundry room and garage..I text him and he let the office know what I needed done..And as you know he just came n did and left and he did an awesome job! And I so appreciate all he told me and just the extra mile that Mike Bass went to come back out and did what I needed done!! If at all possible I would like him to be the only person that comes and sprays my home..

(August 29, 2020, 11:28 pm)We have used romex for a couple of years now and we are so happy with our service. They always work with our crazy schedule and are always so helpful. Mike Bass has been awesome and has become our regular bug guy. We are super happy with how professional, friendly and thorough he is. We will gladly stay with romex for years to come
(August 10, 2020, 1:41 pm)I’ve had a Romex since I moved in a couple of years ago. I am so glad I found them. Excellent service! They are always great for my quarterly pest control and also great for things that pop up. We had an ant hill pop up and they came out quickly as Mike Bass was our tech that came today and he was great! He has come in the past and has been great as well then: He was quick, friendly, tentative, and on time. I highly recommend this company!
Update: I had 2 more ant hills pop up since I had Romex come out last (stinking Texas and the big ?). One of which was causing them to come into my bedroom. I HATE ants as both myself and my son are allergic to their bites. The tech that came was once again Mike Bass. As usual he was amazing and always so friendly. Not only was he great at his job, but he doesn’t ever make me feel judged when I feel embarrassed of my appearance (I’m a hot mess mom ??), or kids leaving toys all over the back yard. As always I recommend Romex and I definitely recommend Mike. A big thank you!
(July 25, 2020, 2:21 pm)Mike Bass was our technician. He did a wonderful job. He was on time and was attentive to the details of our home and yard needs. The outdoor mosquito and wasp treatment really helped as we now have very few around the house. I really recommend Romex and Mike.
