Living Earth - N. Fort Worth

Living Earth is one of my favorite landscaping places to shop because of the ability to buy in bulk at an inexpensive price.

They could be more friendly or accommodating to people doing home projects, but overall they get the job done.

I ordered mason sand from the Lakeside location and had a major issue with rocks being in the sand that is supposed to be screened. Erica, the site manager, is who I dealt with the entire time. She answered each time I called and eventually came out the next day after delivery to look at the rocks in the sand. Erica handled this amazingly well. She let me voice my frustrations and never once lost her cool. She provided excellent customer service and provided a solution to the issues I was having. I didn't think I'd be leaving a review like this, but Erica saved the day. She handled this very professionally from the start. Because of her and her customer service, I will use Living Earth North Fort Worth again and will recommend them to others. Great job Erica and again, thank you for the way you handled this!
