Premier Yoga & Fitness

This is one of the most amazing yoga studios I have been to, in my 20+ years of practicing. I just got started with yoga teacher training, something that has been a bucket list item for too many years to count. Ms. Carla and her team make it, not only possible, but also enjoyable. I can’t seem to stay away...

I first came across Premier almost 2 years ago when searching for barre classes in Mansfield. I soon became a member and haven't looked back. The best part of Premier is the variety of classes that are offered throughout the week. From yoga to bootcamp and barre to step you are bound to find a class that's perfect for you.

I have been going to the yoga classes at Premier for almost 6 months. I went to the studio because my hips, neck, shoulders and back were so tight from sitting at my desk almost all day every day. There were some poses I thought I would never be able to do because they required too much contortionist ability! But I'm proud to say that I'm now able to do standing eagle pose and can easily do the eagle arms. My entire body feels younger and more energetic.

I have been a member of the Premier team for 3 years. I can honestly say that Carla and her amazing trainers at Premier make me a better person. I have been athletic most of my life, but I am in the best physical shape I have ever been, after taking classes at Premier. Not only do I benefit by getting in better shape, but I also have made friends and use the Premier family as my outlet for stress relief. Team Premier!

Premier Yoga & Fitness is a wonderful place to get in a little fitness (or a lot) and enjoy meeting people from the community. Everyone here is friendly and very helpful. The classes range from beginner level to experienced.
