I started training with Raven 2 months ago, and I must say I LOVE IT! She knows what she is doing, the best part is it doesn't get boring. Every day the work out is different...never a dull moment. It is nice to show up and know that she is going to give you an amazing work out. Even on days it rains, she will post a work out for you to do at home. I will continue to work out with Raven, and recommend her to all of my family and friends. You will not regret signing up...you get more than what you pay for!
Personal Fitness with Raven is one of the best choices I have made! Making the appointment for my consultation with Raven was super easy and stress free, as was the actual consultation. Raven was very professional in our first meeting and interested in what my goals were. She is very educated and informed of what are bodies need and what it takes to become healthier. I felt relaxed and was impressed that she isn't just about getting fit quick, she is interested in helping people make a change in their life for the better that will last. Nutrition is a big part of this lifestyle change and she does not ignore this. In the very first consultation nutrition and diet were discussed and guidance was given in how to make my diet healthier.
After the Initial Consultation I met with her for a Fitness Assessment. I think this is where I was most impressed. She really paid attention to what my body was doing and was able to adjust and adapt various exercises for what my body was needing. In the assessment she was able to figure out what my strengths and weaknesses were and with that knowledge will be able to plan a workout that is best suited to my body. Raven is not a Cookie Cutter trainer. I know that I am not going to get the same workout as the person before me or even the person after me.
Most importantly, this is a lifestyle change and she is more than equipped to help anyone make it.
I love this bootcamp. I started while pursuing a Master's degree and needed a physical and mental diversion. Raven has personnally helped me to achieve my personal goals and has helped to push me to achieve more than i anticipated.
Raven and the other instructors take the time to explain the exercises and ensure that participants perform them with correct form. Members of the classes are encouraging and push each other to achieve greater accomplishments.
I would personally recommend this class to others, regardless of whether you need to lose weight, have a physical outlet or need to tighten and tone. Personal sessions with Raven have provided me with the tools and ability to have workouts and exercises while out on business travel.

This is a great Bootcamp! I have done other bootcamps where I have found the instructors to be too perky, pushy, intrusive and the classes are overcrowded. Raven and the other trainers are none of these and they have so many choices for training times and locations each day. The trainers are very professional, knowledgeable and make each workout different. They allows each person to move at their own pace but still are able to challenge each person's strengths and weaknesses. I love the age and gender ranges in the class and the different strength levels. I love not being in a gym and being outdoors. Raven and the other trainers are amazing instructors who understand each client's fitness strength and they keep the class motivated the full hour. I have been going to Get Fit Bootcamp for one year and will continue to do so. I would chose Get Fit over any other Bootcamp.
I am such a fan of Get Fit Bootcamp and Raven. I am in my third 5 week session and still look forward to each session. I've worked out for years but found over the last few years I was not consistent and would become bored of the workouts that I was doing. Raven keeps each workout interesting, different and challenging. You do not have to be a super athlete to attend as people of all fitness levels are welcome and everyone helps to cheer the next person on. As for results, you will definitely see results. Over the time that I have been going I have lost inches all over, my clothes fit much better, I feel great and today I got into a pair of shorts that I have not been able to wear in years! Working out has never been so much fun!
