I needed my account updated and Mal fixed it quickly and efficiently. She was very pleasant and provided great customer service.

I’ve been to several different locations and this club is by far and away the cleanest!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great prices, great vibe, just an overall amazing place to work out. ❤️

I have a few gym memberships and they are a must not only for their 24x7 but also because I like the variety of equipment available. A great gym if it's your only one or to compliment others. It's always clean and all the staff are friendly too.

EDIT: The issue has been resolved. Although, I’d like to state that I did reach out via email regarding the situation as instructed but did not receive a return response.

This location is NICE! The ladies that work the morning shift through the week are super nice and communicate/acknowledge everyone. The gym is clean and the patrons are friendly. So you’re wondering why the 3 stars? This boils down to the male employee cleaning the women’s locker room and management not correcting the issue when it was brought up by several female patrons. He is scheduled by management to clean the women’s locker room during peak hours for women to get ready for work. He does not announce his arrival in the locker room and surprised a women coming out of the shower and when asked to leave the locker room for dressing he states “I’ll just stay around the corner in the bathroom area.” He refuses to leave and management’s response is that’s when he’s scheduled to clean. Corporate needs to step in for correction and education.

Perfect place for new gym goers. It's geared more for beginners and people that aren't familiar with gyms. Colorful illustrations for all the machines and helpful non-judgemental staff. It's a comfortable environment. Because of this beginner focus, does NOT have full free weight setups or power racks. They do have a number of excellent smith machine.
