The manager was total help I believe his name is James. Very informative. He gave us a quote and answered all our question. Me being a girl and love working on my trucks, I had a handful of questions for a p430 code and he broke it down and was honest with me on my truck, so now I'm gonna bring in my moms car to see if he can fix something on that before we get my truck worked on. Definitely go here and ask for James. Really honest place. This will be my go to place from now on.

They did a great job on my brother's brakes. James took great care of us. They were willing to stay after close to get the job completed, and they installed a brake light for free. I will definitely return.

Good crew in this shop. Made an appointment on Friday night for Saturday morning at 10:00. Took it there at 9:00. New rotors and pads all the way around on my F250 and back out the door by lunch. Fast, efficient and quality work. Not sure about prices because I didn't shop it around, but the fact that I as able to make an appointment Friday NIGHT for the next morning and get it done so quickly is worth whatever premium they may or may not be charging.

They did excellent work on my vehicle! They worked extra long hours to make sure everything was done well. When I realized the work was more extensive and would take longer than I anticipated, they made transportation arrangements for me to get to the hospital to visit my husband! Although I live in Grand Prairie, it was worth the drive to North Richland Hills to have my car repaired at this Brakes Plus! They rate five stars!

After the local Honda dealer told me it would be a week to get my car inspected. I stopped in here on the off chance that they could get me in and they did. It took less than a half hour, and everyone was so friendly!
