“Walked into CiCi pizza famished from delivering in the heat. Was sort of out of it when a gentleman asked me how I was doing, I gave him this blank stare as I was too tired to speak. Then he introduced himself as the owner and said his name was Mark. He said asking how I was doing is part of his old fashion customer service. I must admit this attention to the customer perked me up and I remembered my manners. I told him I was sorry I responded that way as I was wiped out and just was trying to get this food in system. I had a problem with my powerade that Mark too care of immediately he even refilled my drink for me so I didn't have to get up. On trip one his son Skyler was there doing the same level of customer service, I spoke with him briefly about them being new owners for about a couple years now. This family is doing things right as I have lived in this area for 11 years and had never come into this location to eat until yesterday. The reason for my return today was a couple things were of concern that I wanted to see if it had been addressed, they were, that is why the five stars. This will definitely be my go to pizza spot. Great customer service is infectious here with both sons doing the same. There is always fresh hot pizzas coming out the oven and these guys announce it when they put then out for everybody. CiCis known to let you order personal pizzas for yourself. This place is worth a visit. Pictured in the photo is oldest son Skyler, Stacy and Adam. Mike is pictured by himself.”

“I called an order in for pick up and Danielle was great. Honestly I haven’t been too impressed with customer service lately at other restaurants, but Danielle was very helpful from the start. She informed me of a coupon and saved me a little money which is always a plus. Her customer service is by far the best I’ve had in awhile. Will be back for sure.”

“I went with my family and the atmosphere was great and kid friendly! The staff was very kind and polite and getting paper together and filled it was easy! The were thorough with the work they did for me (X-ray and advising ). The actual work was great, painless and quick! I was going to put it off but felt comfortable doing it today ! ????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I still love this place.”

“Top of the line professional! Had a lab with an eye injury and the staff was helpful, friendly and most importantly got me in right away. Dr. Roberts is friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. The treatment he provided worked and our lab is back to normal. In addition, Dr. Roberts made a follow up himself rather than a tech or staff member to check on our dog.”
