“My experience with Apex Academy has left not only my life but my son's life completely changed. As a parent I was hesitant as most parents are for my son to start a new school. On his very first day at Apex we were both greeted by the Management Team and we felt a sincere welcome. When I picked my son up after his first day there he couldn't quit talking about how awesome his teachers were and how he couldn't wait to go back. This meant the world to me because my son struggled greatly with low self esteem and anxiety. Each of his teachers played and important role in helping him with this. Not only did his teachers have a major impact on him but the owner was directly involved every day. Not one day went by that I asked the owner questions about their day that he was never able to give me an answer. He was never too busy to stop what he was doing and visit with me and give me details about what went on with my son's day. I would often see him during drop off and pick up in various classrooms with children throughout the school. I would like to personally thank Apex and it's entire Management Team for the life changing experience they gave me and my son. I felt that my son's teachers as well as the Apex Team became family to us during our stay. They often rose above and beyond their own responsibilities to make each day memorable for us both.”

“This is an amazing school. This is my kids first year going here, but from day one the staff and teachers have gone above and beyond to make them feel welcome. I enjoy talking to everyone I’ve come in contact with. Amazing fourth and fifth grade teachers, awesome principal and office staff, and the music teacher really enjoys having my kids in choir. My daughter will be in sixth grade next year, but my son will definitely be going back next year as a fifth grader. A wonderful school which I highly recommend to anyone. Lots of fundraising and school activities for the kids and parents/grandparents. I feel the love at Smithfield Elementary and I’m proud to say my kids are a part of the experience this year. “This is a happy and friendly place. The service was fast and the food was good and looked exactly like in the pictures. Compared to other restaurants we recently visited, this place looks almost busy during this pandemic. There was a huge hand sanitizing bottle right near the cashier and I saw a staff member disinfecting the tables of other guests, after they left. This place also doesn't look understaffed like so many other restaurants these days. Highly recommended for decent fast food and good service.”

“I decided to pull my son out of Central HS after freshman year and give an alternative school a try. Thinking with the smaller classes he would get more help than in a larger school. While some of his teachers are great with helping, there are others who just don't pay attention to when a child is struggling. Math is definitely a problem. I have addressed this once, he did get help the next day and that was about it. I have also had to contact the office a few times for different reasons and the lady who works in the front office I find to be extremely rude and acts like you are bothering her. I do think they need to hold more parent nights where concerns can be addressed. For the most part I am pleased with my decision I just think they need to give parents more opportunities to meet with staff. There are kids there who want to learn and succeed, the ones who constantly cause problems are given way to many chances making it disruptive for the other students. Offer more help to the ones who want it, get rid of the constant trouble makers, and please let the office lady know to be a bit more pleasant, after all she is your first point of contact”

I have known him for approximately 5 years and in that time, he has encouraged me, shown me tips to improve my playing and when I've come up short in proficiency, has been very graceful and kind, helping me move on without feeling like I've failed. Children's Courtyard NRH is nothing short of amazing. I love how they give us daily updates as well as let us know what she ate for the day. We LOVE that we can access the cameras anytime she is there to ensure she is being taken care of properly. It's sooooo reassuring to check the cameras and see someone just loving on our girl.
