I went to the location on Park Row's drive to check out a unit and the pricing for that location. The front office was nice & clean, and it smelled really good also. Chrystanie was there and was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions that I had about the property and the rates. I plan on shopping around a little more, but her friendliness and willingness to help will definitely bring me back if the prices aren't great elsewhere.

I was very impressed with Brian, the gentleman who helped me through the process. Great salesmanship, great personality, showed me several sizes of units and choices on paper and map. Drove me to several units to look at and told me about how much each unit could hold in regards to household goods, etc.
You have a very good representative for your company in Brian. Very friendly and sets people at ease very quickly. Which is good for someone who has not rented a storage in many, many years. He also welcomed every new customer who came in and made sure they knew he would care for them immediately upon completion of his dealings with me.

Facility manager Bryan was amazing! Super nice, helpful and professional. I'll be back to Facility within the month, and If opportunities come up that will allow me to continue my auction business venture, I will most certainly be giving my business to this location.
