    The staff and trainers are so friendly and wonderful and they always motivate you. They’re always willing to go above and beyond for other people.

    Gym is kept very clean. The trainer is very knowledgeable in training as well as fitness. Wonderful and enough facilities!

    This is the absolute BEST gym I have ever belonged to! Jennifer is an amazing coach and really pushes you to give it all during your workouts. She really cares about all of her members and always tries to offer classes that we are interested in. I would definitely recommend trying out SWEATS Fitness!

    Workout variations and the atmosphere are 2 things that have helped my exercise routine become the most consistent it's been since Basic Combat Training in the Army.

    This is not a place where the instructor will yell at you, or get in your face, if you're going slower than others. It is a place to learn proper form, at your own pace, and meet some great people! Jennifer will actually encourage you to slow down to perfect your form.

    If you have been nervous about starting an exercise routine, this is an excellent place to start! It is priced very reasonably for what you get, great workouts with a trainer who is monitoring form and watching for signs that you're over-exerting yourself, and won't judge your weaknesses. In addition, the people who workout here are not judgmental, and are welcoming of new members. One of the scariest parts of going to a gym to workout is the fear of what others will think or say, but the atmosphere of SWEATS is one of positivity and celebrating each other's accomplishments (even the small ones)!
