For what you pay, the value is incredible here!

Don’t expect endless rows of benches, there’s just about everything you should need to get a good workout in but you may have to wait a short bit for some of the equipment.

I think by far it is better than going to the rec center. A lot of equipment and I enjoyed the stretch and core with Blanca

I have Been going here for almost two years and I haven’t met a staff member like Antonio since I’ve had a membership here.. he has turned my outlook around on this place, he’s showed me a few tips and tricks I’m the past to help me Lift better, always cleaning up the floors from lazy people that never re-rack their weights or leave equipment on the ground, and he refills sanitizer and the paper towel when needed. I rarely see this guy not working. I have been a manager in the past and would have killed to have a team member like this, I think it’s time he got some recognition.

I really like it. The staff is very courteous and the equipment is good other than one that sticks.

I had to end my membership due to personal reasons but I must say, there was absolutely no hassle. Thank you. I will be back I just am in a different season right now. I loved everything about this place.
