“I noticed that all the reviews are old and, due to apparent "corporate shakeup", none of the doctors reviewed are even there anymore. So here's a current one. I have been going to Choice for over a year for my treatments. The front office staff is very nice and attentive. Appointments run on time - or at least within 15 minutes. The nurses are all very personable and seem to enjoy their jobs. I was assigned Dr. Raetasha Dabney (after previous doctor was let go) and love her. I appreciate that she listens to me and responds in a way that I understand (I felt previous doctor was condescending), has even taken my case to a peer panel to discuss as it was a fairly rare cancer, and she isn't afraid to show her personality. She is also from a military background, so the office now seems to run a much better "tight ship" than previously. The comments on other reviews about wait times were true. My appointments with labs, office visit, and treatment should only be about 1.5 hours, however with previous management could be up to 4 hours for no reason other than the doctor had no respect for appointment times I guess. So, if you're looking for a convenient, effective, and efficient oncology office, I do recommend Choice.”

“We had maternity consultation and C section with Dr Allen Katrina. She was amazing, very friendly, I’m honestly confused about the low ratings on here. I’ve been going to this practice last 6 months and have always had good experiences with the providers, nurse (Dora) and front desk staff. They were really great and I would recommend, staffs are very nice, patient, and answered all of my questions. The front desk staff and nursing staff were also very nice of all my visits. I would recommend this office to friends and family. And will continue to see them in the future.”

“Update: The Dr. reached out over the week-end and the office called me first thing on Monday to address my concerns. I am very appreciative of the way they addressed everything. These concerns were the only reason for the review below. Since they have been addressed in such a timely manner, I would like to change my review. Thank you, not many offices would take the time to do that. This review is not about the doctors actual performance of the surgery. More about the communication. I had back surgery with Dr. Stevens. When I woke up he was not around to update me on how it went. The next day they were only open till noon, so I called early in the morning and was transferred to a voicemail, and left a message. I called again 30 minutes before they were going to close and left another message. No one called me back. No one even called to check on me and how I was feeling that day. I've had surgeries before and the doctor is always there to tell me how it went and I'm always called the next day to make sure everything is going OK and if I need anything. This lack of communication does not settle good with me. The surgery was described as very invasive and simple. However right before the surgery the nurses Informed me that this is a major surgery procedure. Which made me fell anxious about the procedure. Prior to surgery, I was scheduled for a follow up appointment 13 days after the procedure. But at Surgey I was told that in a week I would have a follow up to have the bandage removed and was not to shower until then. So why was I scheduled for almost 2-weeks after surgery. I told them I could not go 2-weeks without showering! I have a job. When I called the appointment desk the day after surgery to reschedule for 7 days later. They said they were full. I also needed a return to work note so that I could work on Monday, which is a desk job. But since they never returned my call on Friday, I have to take more time off work which I cannot afford. No very organized at all!”

“My 30 year old partner has been going here for a few years now and it is by far the best clinic she’s gone to. They have done wonders for her when so many others couldn’t. I’ve watched her try and navigate her pain and get help from different providers that thought she was making it up, or just not provide any help at all for her. “I have had severe lower back pain for over a year. I've had several procedures by another doctor with a little relief. Then started seeing Dr Ali and finally got the relief I had been hoping for. He worked with me and my insurance and within a few weeks and after two procedures I am better than I've been in a year. Being treated by Dr Ali has been life changing for me and my family. “Been going to Teddy for almost 4 yrs. Hands down the best barber I have. Today I went to a new barber since Teddy was booked. His haircut wasn't up to par with Teddy's work. “This place is truly special. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that it’s the best yoga studio in the entire DFW area. I did Claire’s Heated Sequences class. First off, Claire is an amazing “old soul” with tremendous energy and vitality. She is the type of instructor who enriches your life! Second, her class structure was awesome. Challenging, uplifting, encouraging… and man, did I sweat!! The energy from the other patrons, and the other instructors, and the owner … simply put this place is a gem!!!”

“My wife had an implant about 7 years ago. She was sent to 3 different dentists, a general dentist, oral surgeon, and periodontist. I never could tell what the total cost would be because they each had their individual fees. I was concerned also if there were difficulty with the procedure who would take responsibility. So when I needed some implants, I decided to look for a “one stop shop” where it was all under one roof. I wasn’t bounce from one dental office to another dental office since all the specialty were under one roof. So I’ve been coming to NCD now known as dental care of Texas for implants on my upper and lower teeth. I found them to be reasonably priced, very professional, and true to their words. They have very patient oriented staff. Not only the supportive staff but the professional staff. In short we are completely satisfied with the treatment and response of all the personnel at dental care of Texas.”

“I don't like doctors, hospitals, or urgent cares but needed x-rays to confirm a situation I was dealing with wasn't worse than I thought. My experience at CareNow Urgent Care - Southlake could NOT have been any better. The young gentleman (I didn't catch his name) at check in worked efficiently, was very personable while maintaining his professionalism. Maggie checked me into the exam room, took my blood pressure and pulse while engaging in some light conversation about working out! When Doctor Andrew made it to the room it was funny to learn he had a very recent and similar injury to my own. He was very calm and reassuring and suggested x-rays which is what I was hoping for. Ashley was my x-ray tech and she was a blast and me laugh during the x-rays which took just a few minutes. I saw Doctor Andrew who confirmed ALL was A okay! A lot of pain but nothing broken! On the way out of the clinic, Maggie reminded me about to write this review (SMART!!!). 5 star care and attention from check in to check out. And while I hope to not see them again for any urgent or emergency needs (lol) I would come back to see this team without hesitation. Great experience!”

“Harbor Chase provides excellent care to both my relative in the Cove Memory Care and my friend in The Sound neighborhood. Strong and effective leadership by the Executive Director and departmental directors seem to keep everything running smoothly. The staff is caring and professional. The Chef and Dining Staff are able to accommodate my friend's specific dietary preferences. The activities and outings are many and varied. The very attractive and comfortable decor, including the abundant natural light, is the first thing you notice but over time we have come to appreciate the caring and hard working staff.
