Fantastic customer service and professionalism!! Once my insurance gets their act together, I will most definitely be going to see Dr. Gonzales, he comes highly referred to me from many people! I'm personally having issues with my insurance (no fault of the doctors office!) which is what unfortunately turned me away for now.

Usually I did not leave opinions, but if you have thyroid cancer and need a thyroidectomy, Dr Gonzales is your best option. He is methodical, neat, detailed and concerned about his patients. Today I am healthy thanks to his surgery. also the scar from my surgery is hardly noticeable. He is a really good surgeon, words fail me to recommend him.

I could not recommend Dr. Gonzales more if you need a thyroidectomy. I was diagnosed last year with follicular variant papillary thyroid carcinoma (Thyroid Cancer). Dr. Gonzales was extremely knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. I could not have asked for a better surgeon.

I'm two weeks out from my rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and clarifix procedure. I originally went to Dr. Ashmead for my runny nose and she recommended clarifix to fix it, but my septum was also deviated so I decided to hit 3 birds with one stone since I wanted to get a rhinoplasty anyways. She recommended Dr. Gonzales to me and I went and spoke with him about surgery. He showed me before/after photos of previous patients and even showed me what my nose would look like after the surgery. Dr. Gonzales was very nice throughout the process, and really cared about how I felt when it came to my nose. I'm really happy with how everything turned out, and after the clarifix procedure, I don't have a runny nose anymore. I had a great experience and I'd recommend Dr. Ashmead and Dr. Gonzales as ENT's! First photo is the before, the next 3 photos are the day I got the cast off- 1 week out, and the last photo is today- 2 weeks out!
