(September 17, 2022, 11:47 pm)UPDATE: I do appreciate the great care my husband received; however, this one visit and the follow-up visit to remove the stitches has cost me a small fortune. As with a hospital emergency room, they have charged me for every little thing. I do have insurance but when you are on a deductible plan you pay out of pocket. It’s really unbelievable the amount this visit cost for less than 2 hours and 5 stitches. I will definitely think twice about going here again.
My husband cut his hands in multiple places when he broke the crock pot doing dishes. He’s on blood thinners and I was worried when his cuts would not stop bleeding. All of our area urgent cares were about to close except Complete Care. I called them to find out if they took my insurance. The young lady was very helpful and told me what I needed to know. When we arrived, they took us right back and both the doctor and the nurse were super efficient and helpful. They took care of my husband and gave us all the information for home care. This is the first I’ve heard of Complete Care but for any future emergencies, this will be our go to. Thank you all.
(July 29, 2022, 1:50 pm)I couldn’t rant and rave enough about this place. The kindest and most caring staff I have ever met. They immediately brought me in, and gave the most amazing care to me. When I came back a couple of days later to help get my toe rewrapped, the gladly did it for me for free. Then as I was leaving a nurse on her way out wished me well. They even sent me the sweetest card wishing me well after my visit. They all signed it, and it was personal to the care I had received from them. It is well worth the extra drive to go to them. You will not receive better care anywhere else.
(May 16, 2022, 9:25 am)Everyone was so pleasant. They got me in, evaluated, labs run and answers provided very quickly. My nurse Jonathan was great! So personable and cheerful! While going to the ER is never a fun experience, this whole team made it the best ER experience I’ve ever had. Thanks for the great care I received!
(May 11, 2022, 11:14 am)This was our second time using Complete Care ER and our experience was wonderful again. My son split his chin open at soccer practice, and after learning that our local pediatric urgent care wouldn’t be able to see him until 9:30pm and they would potentially then still have to refer him out to their ER in Fort Worth, we drove to Complete Care and were seen and stitched up promptly. The doctor and other staff were phenomenal — they put my son at ease and actually had him laughing so much that I had to ask him to stop laughing so they could do the stitches. We are so lucky to have this caring and capable ER so close to where we live.
(April 25, 2022, 11:15 pm)We have been here twice seeing two different physicians. Both were well-informed, courteous, great bedside manner and thorough. Both nurses were also excellent, kind and made sure we were OK with directions as we left. I prefer to go here instead of the ER because it’s quicker and less busy, but also has all possible scenarios of care. We received a follow up phone call from the doctor a few days later to make sure the patient was alright.
