“I had to get a deep clean after 13 years of not going to the dentist, between anxiety and lack of insurance I just haven't been able to. I was really worried going in, very embarrassed and nervous what would happen and how much it would cost. But the whole staff here is wonderful, they made me feel at ease and Dr. Le is so nice and explains everything in detail so you know what's going on, and he's very gentle and compassionate. My out of pocket was lower than I thought it would be and they even made sure to schedule me before the end of the year so I wouldn't have to pay my deductible twice. I just finished my final deep clean yesterday, and there's no pain, my gums already look so much better and no more bleeding! And I'm not afraid to smile anymore! “I have been going to Dr. Nguyen on an as-needed basis since 2008. I don't even live anywhere near Watauga anymore, but when I am truly in pain and I need to be fixed, I make the trip to Dr. Nguyen. He is amazing and he has been so amazing for my husband too. He has all of the tools necessary to do the adjustments that you need and he's very skilled at reading your body. In fact he usually tells me what is hurting on me before I tell him based on how I'm walking in. It is not many chiropractors that can do that. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen. And he will always take the time needed to explain and answer any questions and offer any solutions or stretches that you can do at home to prevent the pain that you're feeling.”

“Dr. Shaw and Rasmussen are wonderful people and excellent Orthodontists. I am an outlier in the typical age group that seeks Orthodontia care being in my late 60's, but everything turned out extremely well for me. I had been told by a dentist that nothing could be done to straighten my lower front teeth and that I would "just have to live with them". Thankfully, I did not listen to this dentist and sought an appointment with Dr. Shaw. After about a year and a half of Invisalign, and a little cosmetic tinkering I was able to exclaim to Dr. Rasmussen that I looked thirty years younger! It sure likes that way to me. Also, their staff is very warm, friendly and professional. I could not have asked for anything more.”

“I’ve been working on cars and dealing with auto parts store for over 15 years, and there have been times when I’ve had to push the store clerk aside and show them exactly what it is that I am looking for, because have the time they have no idea what’s what…. However when going to Advanced auto in Watauga off Denton Highway, I was able to speak to someone who was phenomenal!!! CHAD!!!! I never write reviews, but I feel like with the exceptional customer service that was delivered but Chad I had to speak up! Chad was great, he's knowledgeable when it comes to parts, he’s knowledgeable about the warranties, and he did not leave me with a headache like some of the others at this store. I called he was able to look up my part, did the warranty exchange with no hassle, heck he even had my replacement part waiting for me when I pulled up. Once again THANK YOU CHAD!!!! You are freaking awesome!!!”
