(January 13, 2023, 3:02 pm)My kid hates haircuts! We took him to one chain salon and the lady was not patient and it felt like a waste of money and time.
But at Sharkey’s Cuts, my kid does great. He is still afraid, but the staff is phenomenal at working to calm him down. They are patient and time each cut just right, instead of just nixing the haircut all together!
I also appreciated our most recent visit, when we were going to be 30 minutes late! They worked with us and got us in right when we showed up!
If you dread haircuts because of your tyrant, excuse me I mean toddler, then look no further than this Sharkey’s location!
Also they give out balloons! What’s better than that?

Had to make an appointment. First time visiting and we had a fantastic experience. They offer entertainment options like video games and streaming. Cut includes wash and condition, hair cut and style, nail painting (we didn't utilize this), a balloon, and a bookmark or toy ring for around $28. Shelby the receptionist washed my daughters hair and made it a fun and funny experience.
We were assigned to Jin for the cut. I can't say enough good things about her and this place. She was amazing with my daughter (it's obvious that she is good with kids), did a great job with her hair, and educated me about preventing tangles. Jin is an absolute gem of a human. We'll definitely be back!
(June 23, 2019, 6:36 pm)Loved being able to book online. They were fairly close to the actual appointment time. Deluxe treatment for boys and girls so both kids enjoyed it significantly! Since our appointment was late, we got to see their end of day clean up and they are really, really thorough and clean. Great ownership and atmosphere.
