This is an older building, but as a Nurse I know that it isn't always about the surroundings/structures/building looks, but more about the staff, how they treat the residents, and how they interact. The residents are our family and we are theirs. Residents come first here and it is apparent if you just sit back and watch the interactions between the staff and residents.
