Everyone is super nice and helpful. They are very much in to helping you find what you need or just letting you shop around inside the store. I have always seen the employees treat everyone with the utmost of respect regardless of where you are from or how you look. This is a rare gem where everyone’s money is the same color and they will treat you right because of it. Stop here before you hit the big box stores. You might be glad that you did.”

“This is a bare bones farm and ranch store. Clean but austere, you will find what you need. They won't have a large choice though but what they have is always good quality. Prices are good on some things and sales. Other things you may come across some higher prices. For some reason, the associates are never very friendly. Not rude but just generally unhappy. Friendly associates are always a thing for me and I think it also reflects on how they are treated by the company. NOTE: Automobile batteries are priced incredibly low, so when you need a new one, check here first. They usually have all the general sizes available.”

“Ace never lets me down! I am a plant lover, and I've gone here several times looking for plants I couldn't find at Home Depot or my local Wal-Mart. Their standard prices are a bit higher than I like to pay, but the deep clearance at the end of the season more than makes up for it. They have a good selection of well-maintained plants that will add beauty and variety to your garden, but not many trees. Inside, the store is efficient. It's like Aldi vs. Kroger. Hope this helps!”

What a refreshing change from your typical chain stores. The store seemed to be well staffed with personable people who seemed to genuinely want to help customers. I went in to have a couple of car keys made, they were informative and very helpful about the process and programming of the keys. The young man assisting me went above and beyond (and I really appreciate that) I always love browsing the entire store but especially the specialty shop. The entire store is filled with uniqueness and highly recommend. It was a great experience (especially at such a hectic time of the year) I will definitely being going back!”

No one offered a complete set of specs like CasterHQ and that was important to match the bearing sizes and and mounting holes to this old Chinese box from Harbor Freight (who didn't offer replacement wheels for this old box) and the red poly wheels look good on my red tool box ;-).
