“Adorable little location that is slightly tucked away behind the Jack in the Box and Fitness Connection. After wandering the mall for a few minutes and getting quotes for watch battery replacements, I decided to search Yelp and found this gem. The store owner, Chris, was so knowledgeable and welcoming when I called him. He gave me clear directions on how to find his store and that they could easily replace the batteries on 2 watches that we needed fixed. His prices were significantly cheaper than anyone else that quoted me, and the batteries on 2 watches were replaced in 20 minutes (at most). In addition, Chris was so generous and spent extra care to make sure that we were satisfied with the service (even taking an extra few minutes to deep clean our watches, free of charge!). Our watches were in the best hands and we're forever customers with Chris!”

“Absolutely LOVE the beautiful 10k gold RN lapel pin I ordered from Nursing Awards in Dec 2015 for my best friend's graduation. After searching online on Amazon and other sites, where all I could find were cheap plastic / metal (not real jewelry or any precious metals / stones), I thankfully found them via Google. Not only is this pin more artistically designed, it's sturdy (not thin) and came with an excellent fastener. I also was able to add my friend's birthstone (emerald), which is a very nice accent to the pin. As there was initially an issue with my selection on the website, Melissa called me and personally reordered the correct pin for me over the phone, then gave me free expedited shipping to make up for the website issue. The pin arrived on time and my friend loved it. I highly recommend Nursing Awards for high-quality jewelry, and for their EXCELLENT customer service. Too bad Amazon isn't taking any additional online jewelry stores, as Nursing Awards would be a great addition, especially since it's impossible to find a real gold pin or other nursing award on the Amazon site.”

“When I emailed them asking for an estimate for my coin collection they responded very quickly. After doing more research I quickly discovered many buyers won’t ever take the time out of their day to do this, as if to foreshadow how pleasant working with them was going to be. When we went in to sell the collection it was a phenomenal experience. The store is secure and filled with super interesting collectibles and coins. Their treatment of the collection was great. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and you could tell they knew just about everything their was to know about this business. Most importantly though, they were both fun, interesting, helpful, and they gave us a fantastic price. This store is a rare find. Cant recommend them enough.”

Real Deal Pawn has done the impossible, shined a light on the business. Went in and showed respect and told them what I was coming in form had my asking price to pawn, not sale, in mind prior to going in. After hearing me out (sales pitch basically)to get as close to my suggested offer they offered even more. Declined it but the fact remains. A week passes and down again so second trip. Same thing.Fast forward a few months and extensions I had no choice but to let one go. Because I still had ok ne current and active they unknown to me, held onto my last pawn item(s) just in case I wanted to still try and get back out. That's just unheard of.
