The poor workers were busting their tails off at lightning speed but couldn’t keep up with the volume which is not their fault, it’s a measure of adequate staffing. Despite the 4 rude customers before me, they kept their cool and got the job done. I especially appreciate how kind the older gentleman with longer hair was not just to me but to all the other customers, even the ones who copped an attitude. At the end of the day, my pizza was made correctly, was hot and fresh, and my family is fed and happy.”

“The combo rice noodle dish was fantastic. Comes with an egg roll and three or four meats including shrimp. The attached picture is of my leftovers, lol. I ate at lunch and brought the rest home and I barely will be able to finish it for supper. And it was only $9 or $10 something, plus tax. They only have canned drinks to buy (maybe bottled water) and the cans are $1, but they had a pretty good variety. It's somewhat small and mostly a takeout place, looks like, but they do have about seven booth type tables (no dividing walls). Not a place for really large groups but individuals and families with children can sit comfortably. And the workers were nice and respectful. Definitely hope to go again when I'm in the area. FYI, I only gave four stars because the restroom was kind've nasty.”

“I came in here for some gyros and a supreme pizza. Got to meet Uzy and hear some of his story about how he mastered the art of the slice at a 50+ year old pizzeria in the Bronx. The pizza regard was exquisite. The crust was just right. Not too thick, not too thin. I'm not sure what all he has going on with the sauce, but it's amazing. The gyros we got were nice and fluffy with super fresh veggies. We will be coming back for sure and you should too!”

“After a long time, I decided to visit Pei Wei and opted for vegetable fried rice with extra veggies. The person who took my order was friendly and served it quickly. Since I missed the dinner rush, there were only a few people dining in and some tables were dirty. However, the to-go orders seemed steady. I was impressed with one thing, the same guy who took my order was multitasking - cleaning the tables and handling to-go orders with a pleasant attitude. He even stopped by my table to check if everything was fine. If he's not the manager, he should be, as he took complete ownership of his work. The food arrived quickly, was hot and fresh, but I found it just okay. Perhaps it's a matter of personal preference, so it's worth giving them a try and deciding for yourself. I plan to return to Pei Wei but will try a different dish next time. As I was writing this, the same guy came by again and asked if he could take my dish as I was clearly finished. He was really proactive! I asked him his name and it turns out that Kevin is indeed a shift leader. Honestly, I can easily see him as a General Manager of his own store! “The best smoothie king I’ve gone to in the dfw. Pick up orders always on time. Only issue is sometimes(half the time) the smoothies are made too watery or they add too much ice. My last order was a 40oz that wasn’t filled to the top. Tried to contact corporate but they have terrible customer service. Either way, I noticed it was made by a new employee but hopefully they can take into consideration who is training them.”
