“I moved into Crystal Springs two weeks ago and have loved making this place home. I feel like my unit was designed specifically for me - the layout, the space, the details are all very well thought out and executed. My grandma remarked during my move in, “This is just the perfect size!” And I couldn’t agree more. I felt comfortable and completely at ease from the first night and have thoroughly enjoyed finding my rhythm and flow here. The amenities are so well designed and kept. I feel inspired and such a clarity of mind in all areas of the building - the coworking space, the pool, the gym. I feel very lucky to have discovered this hidden gem. The location is perfect for me - right on the Trinity and near all of my go to grocery stores/shopping. It does take me around 45 min to get to Dallas, but so far without crazy traffic if timed right. Victoria, Jeff and Miguel have all been amazingly responsive to every one of my questions and requests over the course of my time here from touring to getting settled in. Even maintenance has been quick, professional and kind in fulfilling requests. I feel so well taken care of by the team here. It is evident this property has been thought through extensively, with great intention put on creating the best experience for the residents which is something I deeply appreciate as a business owner myself. My heart is full and I am so grateful to be here. 🤍”

“This place is huge. And, I mean, really huge. They have different warehouses clustered together for the different categories of furniture they carry. The quality of their furniture is also surprisingly good. And the quantity is humongous. Most importantly though, the price is extremely reasonable. In fact, you usually end up finding whatever you're looking for - and at a fairly good price. We were looked after by Max, who was very courteous, professional and accommodating. He was accommodating to the extent that we had gone beyond their closing time, choosing our furniture, and Max was considerate enough not to even mention it. Your "furniture hunting" should invariably include a visit to this place, otherwise you will be doing injustice to yourself.”

Also, we just had my daughter’s birthday party there and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I ever expected. They definitely helped the party run extremely smooth. From helping carry things from the truck, helping set up decorations, handing out food/cupcakes, take down and taking things back out to your car.. they worked their butts off! 10/10 would totally recommend having a party here and attending classes!”

“i come in here weekly, sometimes more, to just drop off packages that are ready to go. i just put them where they go, they’re used to me by now but they are always so friendly, the store is super clean & organized and it smells so good in there!! i never really buy anything just drop my packages off but they are still nice. i have looked at the greeting cards they have & they are really funny & cute. one day i will get some. oh! & they had real neat gifts at Christmas. but i love this place. it’s always a good atmosphere. and…. i feel like my packages go out faster here than other places.”

“I went to church here when I was a kid. I don't know if anyone knows the history, but it was once an Army barracks. If you go in the attic you can still see the curve of the original Quonset hut building. I don't know what the concrete in the front is for, but they have been there for many many years. back in the early 80's it was Echo Heights Baptist. The pastor was Daniel Cook. I would really like to know what happened to his family.”
