I do not anticipate ever coming close to it again. If you have the opportunity to be a tenant with Hix Properties, DO IT! Things are fixed often within hours of reporting a problem, Julia is the sweetest lady and really cares about tenants as humans, and you might even get some cookies at Christmas. No joke. Wish I could give more than 5 stars, and when does that ever happen with a property management situation.”
