“I read these reviews and I just don't understand the disparity. I have several rental properties and call more frequently than the average customer, and have for many years. I have had very good, courteous, efficient service consistently. The reps get the job done, seem to care about my experience, and always ask if they can do anything further to help me. For some reason they seem to be getting a bum rap in these reviews. Many seem to be more of a social statement than operational criticism. I'm independent, objective, no ax to grind, and I vote thumbs up.”
