I actually called them from the parking lot of the Toyota dealership, because I had just received a list of major maintenance items that I "needed" totaling more than $1,500. I spoke with Greg, and he suggested I come by to take a look. I ended up dropping my car off a couple days later, and within a few hours, they had taken care of all the necessary maintenance, ruled out the unnecessary items that Toyota suggested, and even knocked out my state inspection which was due.
