He's a very nice asian guy that works there I got locked out and forgot about the lockout fee that moment he put on next months bill he's awesome
This is the nicest location for Smart Start in Austin. Derek is a jewel. My handset started smoking and he was able to work me in and replace the faulty equipment. He was accommodating, friendly and efficient.
Wow, the guy working here deserves a raise (hope his boss reads this)! The guy I had behind the counter was helpful, courteous and efficient!
