My family and I rent here often. Yes, there have been times that a requested vehicle has not been available, but they always make a concession for us and take care of us. Recently, I called ahead and not only received wonderful customer service, but they ensured that the vehicle we requested would be ready on the day we arrived.

In the past, I’ve had to drive to either the 620 North location…or all the way to the airport. So, having this location close to home is great. They’ve also stood by their old motto and picked me up and dropped me off both before and after renting.

We reserved an SUV at this location for a trip to snowy Colorado so we wanted to make sure we got a 4x4. I called a few days ahead to request a 4x4 so they said they would reach out on the day of the pickup to confirm. They did call in the morning, although with bad news as they didn't have any 4x4 versions available. They would still try to get one and lo and behold I got a call at noon that they managed to find one. Unfortunately, I already called around to find a 4x4 somewhere else so I had to cancel. They couldn't be more gracious about it.
We'll certainly do business with them again.
