“Alex Ramos at CACC Parker took my physical abilities from a 1 to a 10. Most importantly, he got my confidence back. I unfortunately had compressed nerves in my neck causing a loss of muscle function and lightning bolts of pain. She has the BEST bedside manner, goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable (memory foam pillows, blankets, movie to watch during your time in the chair) but most of all her quality of work is unmatched. “My family and I rent here often. Yes, there have been times that a requested vehicle has not been available, but they always make a concession for us and take care of us. Recently, I called ahead and not only received wonderful customer service, but they ensured that the vehicle we requested would be ready on the day we arrived. In the past, I’ve had to drive to either the 620 North location…or all the way to the airport. So, having this location close to home is great. They’ve also stood by their old motto and picked me up and dropped me off both before and after renting. Great customer service and I’m glad this location is there!”
