Rent is getting higher every year i just think it would be good for all residents that pay these high amounts of rents to have a remodeled apartment. Since they are a little old..”

“My roommate and I moved into these apartments 2 weeks ago. If you are looking for a cozy cheap apartment these are the apartments for you! We have not had any significant issues. The apartment staff is very nice and the community is great. We have not had any problems with bugs. We did have some minor issues when we first got here like the dishwasher not working, a light bulb out etc but again nothing significant . When we saw the model there was a bar area in the living room. When we got into our apartment for the first time, we were a little disappointed to see a fireplace instead of a bar. I would recommend waiting to sign the lease until you have seen your apartment. The apartments will let you chose another unit if you don't like the look of the one you chose originally. Other than some small things , these apartments are amazing and i would recommend them to anyone!”
