(February 20, 2021, 11:19 pm)I agree that it seems this is a small operation without a lot of "corporate" level-communication or availability. However, the gentleman on call 2/17 came down some pretty scary, icy roads to dig on the property I rent in order to exposure and turn off the emergency water valve after we had a burst pipe. He was quick, friendly, and certainly a hero with no other options available to us at that time!
