(September 7, 2020, 1:14 pm)They were so very helpful. As visitors to Austin we weren't real sure as to what to do. We had noticed something hanging down under the engine and were concerned about a 750 mile trip back home. Our daughter made us an appointment for the next day. We took our car in , talked to them and left. Several hours later called us and said the way we tied the piece up was exactly what needed to be done and that we were all good. Also fantastic was no charge. How rare is that, they checked the car out, examined it, filled fluids if necessary and sent us on our way. What a great experience!
(September 4, 2020, 9:26 pm)Heard several great things about Juke from a friend. I knew that I needed some pricey work done on my '01 Accord such as a value cover gasket and spark plugs replaced. The shop is clean and organized. Every one I worked with was easy going and took their time to work with me and talk me through the processes, pricing, and timelines. They gave me a ride back to my apartment. They quoted me a fair price for headlight restoration, which I declined, but they did it any way with out charging me or telling me. I found out when I went to pick up my car. :) I even got a hand-written card a week after my service. Juke will be the first place I go. I've only found one place in the past where I could count on and trust mechanic and their shop, and this is number two. I think this will be the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

They prepared my car for a road trip and when I needed my repairs done within a certain time frame, Juke was transparent and willing to accommodate my schedule.
