  Had my first experience as a customer with Revival Cycles through an online purchase and could not have been more pleased with the process. I had to return one of the products and this is where they get a 5-star review. Their Customer Service (Josh) exceeded all expectations throughout the process. In what is generally a very transactional process, he found a way to integrate a very personal touch that was sincere and genuinely showed how much they value their customers. I would highly recommend using Revival Cycles for all your Cycling needs.

  The guys at Revival are some of the kindest and most helpful members of customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you especially to Josh. The bikes they build are gorgeous and it’s obvious how passionate about the motorcycle world they are; whether it building them or cherishing them. As well as accommodating to culture of it they so clearly love.
  Thanks for existing as a company and brand that I’m proud to support! Hoping to make it to the Handbuilt Show one of these go arounds!

  Revival cycles is amazing. I’ve purchased quite a few parts for my project and the ship fairly quick, especially given the current situation. On top of that, any assistance I need or question I have get answered super quick. Jeff Berry has helped out a bunch and is super patient (I’m def no expert at wiring) and he’s more than willing to help out! Great shop!

  Great place - but by appointment only. Try to catch one of their Gearhead Sunday Open House events (check Facebook) to not only see the shop and meet the staff, but enjoy customers bikes and cars.
