(July 9, 2020, 9:37 pm)I have used Public Storage to store my personal things and for my business for years. I have had the privilege to work with Tommie at the 183 & Burnet store in Austin for a couple years now. He is always very kind and professional. I would recommend that location to any one. He was able to get me relocated to a bigger storage unit last week to hold my personal furniture and my tools while I transition from an apartment to our new home. Tommie should be employee of the year and other employees should inspire to be like him. I can’t thank Tommie enough for helping me transition and always helping me with my payments. You are a gentleman and a scholar. The sky is the limit sir!
(June 2, 2020, 12:02 am)First off, the follow up and reminders (customer service) at this location was on point. I felt like a valued potential customer before even arriving there! Turns out Tommy didn't have exactly the unit I wanted (my fault) so he helped me find another available unit nearby within my budget. He was super friendly, honest and helpful. Great experiences at both locations! A+ for customer service! I definitely recommend Public Storage.
