The Skilled Nursing Section of the facility is managed cohesively, with a strong underpinning of compassion and motivation to achieve individual goals for their patients. Despite COVID, they never compromised the level of care, ever. We are very grateful to have leaned of this facility and sad to see my mother-in-law leave. “This Psychiatry office is good, depending on what you want from your appointment. I don’t believe they provide true psychotherapy, only medication. It’s recommended that you see a counselor/psychologist for any cognitive behavioral therapy needs. That being said, your results still may vary. The Physician Assistant I’ve seen here, Amanda Hamala, is very knowledgeable about the multitude of psychoactive drugs on the market and their best use cases. They are also very efficient with their appointments, I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time to see the PA, but they have a strange policy where they will charge extra for appointments that go longer than 15 minutes. This really needs to be changed to allow more thorough consultations, especially since the appointments cost $100 with insurance. I’ve never seen them super busy with patients.”
