I have been here almost a year now and rhese wonderful people have become like family to me. Easy to work with to. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones if you should ever have to put rhwm in a nursing home.
When I arrived to Stonebridge Health Rehab, the facility was very clean, everyone was so helpful. The nursing staff seemed so happy to be there, which put me at ease that my Aunt is being taken care by this Facility. My Aunt was allowed to go outside to visit with us at the Gazebo. The food seem to be good, breakfast was her favorite.
