“Like most reviewers, I had confirmed service was bad or non existent after dozens of visits to this store. HOWEVER, this changed for me after my last two visits. First Ric approached me and asked me if I needed assistance. I was kind of shocked. Not only did he provide information about several things, he also walked me to places where products were. He also suggested rentals and gave me prices and schedules. This was awesome! The second time, one or two days later, Joshua was extremely helpful and friendly while he assisted me for around one hour with a complicated transaction. This while he was juggling other duties such as curbside. It appears management is now focusing on customer experience. I hope these guys get commended, incentivized and are shown as role models for their peers. A promotion and/or a raise would be definitely justified. Needless to say, I will be coming back to this store even if it's not the closest to me (I just moved). Thank you for the great service and keep up the good work! 👍🏼”
