(October 3, 2022, 9:59 am)Saturday crew this past weekend went ABOVE and BEYOND when it comes to customer service. Fedex should be proud to call that crew part of their team. I had packages that were delayed and I showed up and hit the buzzer on a prayer. They answered and were so helpful. Felt like they dropped everything just to help me, that is huge nowadays. Needless to say this restored my faith in Fedex even with 3 of the 8 packages I had still lost. a HUGE thank you to this team.
