The Bridge at Center Ridge

I've been here for nearly 2 years.

It's been a great experience with little to no fuss.

Rent is somewhat modest.

Cable & internet are embedded in the rent whereas most other places you have to pay that separately and set up an account on your own accord.

Staff are very helpful, the few times I needed maintenance, they were always timely and get it done right.

They even handled the snowstorm extremely well. The worst that happened was 1-2 brief power outages and that was it. We had water and electricity 99% of that week.

The only drawbacks I have;

Number of parking spots are adequate, but a lot of them are compact.
My parent's vehicle got towed one night from parking in one of these and were just barely protruding. Best to avoid these altogether unless you have a motorcycle or smart car.

They're "gated" but I mean that loosely. The area isn't dangerous so I'm not concerned but the one time they tried using the gates they only had issues until they reverted back to leaving them open. No biggie overall.

Those issues aside, the pros easily outweigh the cons.

While I'm likely leaving to go a bit more south, I will miss the consistency this place has had during my stay here.

My experience Have been great I'm going on 2 years and I can't find any reason to complain I will be doing another year if possible love the level of professionalism of staff and maintenance

Great apartments. Great maintenance workers also!! And the management is awesome also. Love the layout of the apartment complex. Only found 1 homeless digging in the trash can sense i have been there and i kicked him off the property personally. Austin police department on the other hand suck and if you need to call them you will be waiting along time for assistance. Apartments for this area is 10 stars to me. Very clean, the police response time for anything sucks for this area though.
