After some research in Reiki, I realized it can only do me good to try this. My mind was full of "static and noise". I am not sure why, but I felt as if I really needed help. I am honestly at peace after my Reiki session with Sincerely Healing. I would strongly recommend anyone with any type of pain or discomfort to try her. Mental or physical pain can be relieved with Reiki. Even from a distance, it is effective. It all has to do with energy. I can't begin to describe how it really works, but it does. I am so thankful I tried it and will definitely have another session when I feel I need it.
