After going to Firestone requesting an alignment, they inform me that I need $800 worth of other work done first, so needless to say I went to Midas and had it done aat a lower price and without any suggestion of any other major work. Done less than 30 minutes! Drives great! Special thanks to the management Scott & the technician, Dakota.
(September 8, 2021, 8:28 pm)I had a tire blowout on me a couple of miles away. It was shredded. I had been to a good Midas before so I told the to tow truck driver to take my car there. Unfortunately, they were close to closing and needed to replace the equipment that is necessary to do such a job. Instead of turning me away, the employees contacted other locations, formed a plan and I was fortunate enough to drive my car back home that very same day. It made my week.
(September 4, 2021, 8:06 am)I have had my Lincoln serviced at other locations and return to this one because they genuinely care about what is going on with your vehicle... I thought there was a problem with my brakes but it was a ball socket system (if I am saying that correctly)... the manager was kind and patiently explained what I needed. They actually drove me home because I had to leave my vehicle. It was serviced promptly and professionally. My 09 Lincoln with nearly 160000 miles is driving like new. I am so satisfied with their service... thank you guys... you are awesome.
