“The entire installation took 3 times longer than it was supposed to but the lady at the front desk was very comforting, patient & even talkative to help pass the time. I was obviously out of energy but she still remained friendly and professional. Not only was she professional but she went out of her way to offer drinks and offered to give my friend a ride home when he was stuck there because the installation was behind.
