I had an excellent experience with Ian. I had lost out on a property back before COVID and was a lot more tentative, but still looking, in the months that followed. Ian would check in on me at just the right frequency - enough to let me know he was around and available, but not so much that I felt pressured or annoyed. By the time I was ready to make an offer, Ian leapt into action and got things moving pretty much immediately. He had great referrals for other people I'd need to talk to, and held my hand through a complicated and, as a first-time buyer, intimidating process. He was flexible and made things work around my hectic schedule, and was clearly on top of everything. All I had to do was listen to him and do what he said! He's also been in Austin and in real estate for a long time, so it was clear that he knew what he was talking about.
