“Chris was referred to me by a friend. Chris hands down is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. No sleezy sales pitch just gets your car back in working order. I went in for a Oil Change, Transmission Oil change, Brake check and tire rotation. He notified me that with the next oil change my brake pads would need to be replaced but were still good to go. When i take it into other places it always feels like they are trying to get my money right then and there for services i never asked for. My wife's check engine light went off when she took me to pick up my car. We immediately took it to Chris and again he went above and beyond to find the issue. He test drove it to make sure the issue was resolved, Jiffy Lube did not do this courtesy for my wife. Chris also informed my wife that even though they Jiffy Lube recharged her AC they purposefully overlooked the leak that they should have fixed. I cannot even begin to say how great Chris is. He has made some life long customers out of us and its such a relief to find such a true professional.”

Recently I had tires replaced on my vehicle, and since coronavirus is rampant right now I was very uncomfortable in getting the work done. They require masks, did social distancing, the service technicians all wore gloves, and they placed a chair in the shade outside for me to sit!!! Very customer service oriented and they do a great job!!!! I highly recommend the Lamb’s on Far West. It is always busy but worth the wait!”

“I absolutely recommend REPAIR CHAMPION AUTO for several reasons. First, they have excellent customer service. I had taken my car to another mechanic prior to this place and they couldn’t figure out what it was! However, Oscar (I believe he’s the owner) did an excellent job! Additionally, my car had several issues which included the engine and the AC. Finally, not only did they fix my car, but they also fixed a cracked windshield and the inspection. Getting a car fixed can be incredibly stressful, but it was great to have one place for everything that my car needed! I also love that their prices are cheaper than other mechanics in Austin and the quality of their work is impressive. It has been several months now, and I haven’t had any issues with my car, but if I do, I would definitively go back to this place! ¡Recomiendo totalmente este lugar! La verdad tiene excelente servicio al cliente. Mi carro tenia varios problemas y ya lo había llevado a otro mecánico donde no pudieron arreglarlo bien.
