“This is the 3rd time we have used Citywide for HVAC issues and they have been great every time! Of course on a Sunday of record heat, we woke up to a warm house. Called Citywide at about 10am and was told they would be able to get a tech out between 2pm and 4pm and that they would call around 30 minutes before arrival. They called about 12:15 that they were about 10 minutes away. He had it fixed in about 15 minutes! He was very friendly and professional, and gave us some tips of things to check in the future. Highly recommended!”
