“Like most reviewers, I had confirmed service was bad or non existent after dozens of visits to this store. HOWEVER, this changed for me after my last two visits. First Ric approached me and asked me if I needed assistance. I was kind of shocked. Not only did he provide information about several things, he also walked me to places where products were. He also suggested rentals and gave me prices and schedules. This was awesome! The second time, one or two days later, Joshua was extremely helpful and friendly while he assisted me for around one hour with a complicated transaction. This while he was juggling other duties such as curbside. It appears management is now focusing on customer experience. I hope these guys get commended, incentivized and are shown as role models for their peers. A promotion and/or a raise would be definitely justified. Needless to say, I will be coming back to this store even if it's not the closest to me (I just moved). Thank you for the great service and keep up the good work! 👍🏼”

“Our seven-year-old daughter has been training at Kuk Sool Won of Oak Hill since she started in the Tiny Tigers program over two years ago. In short, it has been a wonderful experience! The school owners + staff are incredibly welcoming, kind, patient, encouraging and supportive. There is a solid sense of community/family at the school, from staff to students and families. The biggest impact we’ve seen to our daughter is a major boost in her confidence and courage; while it’s an excellent physical workout, the kids are also taught respect, control and responsibility. While we were sad to step away from in-person classes at the school during COVID-19, the owners did a remarkable job at pivoting to Zoom classes in the interim, and happily the kids are back to outdoor classes at the school (and park) again now. We feel safe sending our daughter as the school has taken great care to follow all precautions/guidelines. Kuk Sool Won has had such a positive impact on our daughter and we look forward to continuing to watch her progress.”

“Jason from Texas Flooring Professionals did a wonderful job on an engineered wood floor for my mother. Her house was flooded due to a malfunctioning washing machine that required her to move out of her house for the duration of the drying out, demo of the ruined floor and the installation of the new floor. We visited numerous flooring stores trying to find a similar floor to be installed and all the stores we visited showed us similar flooring but it would take at least 3 weeks to just get the flooring delivered to Lockhart. Jason understood the rush to get my mother moved back into her house and he went above and beyond to locate an acceptable engineered wood floor that was in a local warehouse and he was able to obtain the flooring and get it installed in 1 week. The floor looks great and my mother is back in her house. Thanks so much Jason!”

“We have chosen Landers Premier Flooring for all our flooring needs for about 15 years. We think the world of them. In November we had a burst pipe and a flood. The ensuing damage required our having to change out our flooring. Our insurance company recommended a different flooring company. The sales rep of the other company was disappointingly unenthusiastic and offered mediocre help. They were not kingly at all. So we went back to Landers Premier Flooring; what a difference! From Landers Premier Flooring we had caring and enthusiastic help, brilliant recommendations, patience, kindness and concern. They organised the demolition of the original flooring and helped me coordinate booking the other tradespeople. Their entire staff are lovely and their installation teams are superb. The new floors are gorgeous and as always, we are thrilled with the Landers Premier Flooring experience. Everything went smoothly and to plan – we highly recommend them!”
